Wicked AI Commerce Optimizer is an application by Wickednet for Shopware merchants, agencies, and service providers. The app helps analyze product, category, and catalog data so SEO, content, catalog-quality, and AI-search opportunities can be prioritized and turned into concrete optimization tasks.
Optional Google connections are used only to include read-only signals from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 in this Shopware catalog analysis. The app does not request write access to Google services and does not use Google user data for advertising, ad targeting, or model training.

Wicked AI Commerce Optimizer is a Shopware plugin for analyzing product, category, and catalog data. Its purpose is to surface SEO, content, and AI-search opportunities. During the private beta, Wickednet may provide additional services such as an OAuth bridge for external data sources.
The beta is intended only for businesses, especially Shopware merchants, agencies, and service providers, not consumers. Features, interfaces, data models, integrations, and pricing may change during beta. Early-access terms are agreed individually.
Participants receive a simple, non-transferable right to test and use the plugin in the agreed Shopware context. Distribution, rental, resale use, or use outside the agreed project requires Wickednet’s consent.
Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other data sources are optional. Google connections use read-only permissions. Core catalog audit functionality remains available without an external OAuth connection.
Wickednet does not transfer customer, order, payment, or checkout data to AI providers. Shop operators remain responsible for their data, content, legal notices, and the assessment of optimization recommendations.
Beta services are operated with reasonable care but without guaranteed minimum availability unless separately agreed in writing. Support is provided through Wickednet contact channels subject to availability.
Analyses, scores, and recommendations are decision support. They do not replace professional, legal, tax, or commercial review. Search engine or revenue effects are not guaranteed.
Users must ensure they are entitled to process the connected shop and third-party data, protect credentials, and not introduce unlawful or unauthorized third-party data.
Participants may provide feedback, bug reports, and improvement suggestions. Wickednet may use this feedback to improve, fix, and further develop Wicked AI Commerce Optimizer without publicly disclosing confidential shop data.
Participants may end beta use at any time. Wickednet may end the beta or individual access with reasonable notice, and at short notice in case of security, abuse, or availability risks. OAuth connections can be revoked in the plugin or with the relevant provider. After termination or revocation, stored connection data, especially OAuth tokens, will be deleted within 30 days unless legal retention duties apply.
Information on data processing is provided in the privacy policy and the Google API Data Notice. Where Wickednet processes personal data on behalf of the customer during beta, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR can be provided.
Statutory rules apply. Wickednet has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory statutory liability. For slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage. Otherwise liability is excluded to the legally permissible extent.
German law applies. The contract language for English-speaking customers is English unless otherwise agreed. Jurisdiction is Aachen where legally permissible. Changes for productive paid use will be regulated transparently in advance.
